Kiara Austin, a 19-year-old mother of three, tragically lost her life on April 28, 2019, in Central Fresno, California. On that fateful night, Kiara and her boyfriend, Brian Maxey, were visiting friends at The Parks at Fig Garden apartment complex. As they were leaving, they were confronted by a group of gang members who questioned their presence and demanded they leave.
