Titus Pollard, a 26-year-old resident of San Bernardino, California, tragically lost his life on May 12, 2019. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning when officers were called to the 2000 block of North Palm Avenue following a report from a woman who believed someone had been shot. Upon arrival, the officers found Pollard with a gunshot wound to his abdomen. He was immediately transported to a nearby hospital, but unfortunately, he succumbed to his injuries.
