Eduardo "Eddie Boy" Castro, a 59-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on May 17, 2019, in Boyle Heights, Los Angeles. The incident occurred around 12:30 p.m. while Castro was riding his bicycle on South Concord Street. A truck approached him, and a passenger in the vehicle opened fire, shooting Castro multiple times.
