On the evening of May 29, 2019, Armando Torres Jr., a 31-year-old resident of San Diego, California, was tragically shot to death at the Willie Henderson Sports Complex in the Mountain View neighborhood. The incident occurred during a soccer game, with numerous players and spectators present.
