Dmitry Koltsov, a 30-year-old professional snowboarder from Russia, tragically lost his life on June 10, 2019, in downtown Los Angeles. Koltsov, known for his exceptional skills on the snowboard, had made a name for himself in international competitions and was also an avid skateboarder and surfer.
