On the night of July 18, 2019, 18-year-old Timothy McGinnis was tragically shot and killed in South Sacramento, California. The incident occurred just after 11:45 PM when deputies responded to reports of a shooting on the 8200 block of Andalusian Drive. Upon arrival, they found McGinnis in the driver’s seat of a blue SUV, suffering from at least one gunshot wound to his upper body.
