Raul Avalos-Pantoja, a 31-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on July 20, 2019, in the Green Meadows neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. According to the Los Angeles County medical examiner-coroner records, the incident occurred around 10 a.m. when Avalos-Pantoja was inside his home.
