On July 29, 2019, Michael Paul Oliveira, a 44-year-old resident of Orland, California, was found dead from a gunshot wound at a residence on the 600 block of North Shasta Street in Willows, California. The incident occurred around 12:30 a.m., prompting a response from the Glenn County Sheriff's Deputies.
