Andrew Billeci, a 59-year-old resident of Valley Center, California, was found dead on August 27, 2019. His body was discovered by deputies responding to a welfare check request at his home on Lake Wohlford Road, near Valley View Casino. Upon arrival, authorities found Billeci had suffered multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body. The San Diego County Medical Examiner's Office ruled his death a homicide.
