On February 12, 2020, Jose Eduardo Bellozo, a 25-year-old resident of Perris, California, was tragically shot and killed at Paragon Park on Spectacular Bid Street. The Riverside County Sheriff's Department responded to the scene at approximately 6:11 p.m., where they found Bellozo lying on the ground, unconscious and suffering from a gunshot wound.
