Juan Manuel Valencia Vargas, a 20-year-old resident of Richfield, California, tragically lost his life on April 30, 2020. The incident occurred near Thomes Creek, just north of Corning, California. On that fateful evening, a group of individuals had gathered along the creek bed near Highway 99W when shots were fired.
