Tony Rocha Lugo, a 26-year-old Latino male, died on June 13, 2020, in Palmdale, California. His death occurred following a confrontation with law enforcement officers. According to reports, Lugo was involved in a high-speed chase that began when he and two other suspects were spotted in a stolen vehicle.
