Consullea "Connie" Lewis, aged 58, was tragically killed on July 27, 2012, during a violent incident in the 7th Ward of New Orleans. The shooting took place in her home on Old Prieur Street, where Lewis, her adult son Kevin Lewis, and her daughter-in-law Lachandra Lewis were all shot and killed.
