21 year old mother shot to death in broad daylight
In the late afternoon of a sunny Tuesday in New Orleans on October 25, 2016, 21-year-old Kyrisha Seanae Armstrong was fatally wounded. An African-American female, she was a passenger in a gray vehicle parked on Virgilian Street in the Pines Village neighborhood. At approximately 3:25 p.m., an unidentified Black male opened fire on the car.
