Victor Nabor Garcia, a 43-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on September 16, 2020, in the Broadway-Manchester area of Los Angeles, California. According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner's records, the incident occurred around 7:30 p.m. while Garcia was working on a car behind a home on South Spring Street. During this time, he engaged in a brief conversation with a man in a vehicle. The conversation quickly escalated, and the individual in the vehicle shot Garcia. ...
