Ruslan Magomedgadzhiev, a 40-year-old resident of Tarzana, California, was tragically shot and killed on October 4, 2020, in Lomita, California. The incident occurred around 1:30 a.m. in the 2100 block of 255th Street. Deputies from the Lomita Sheriff's Station responded to the scene and discovered Magomedgadzhiev along with another victim, Allan Roshanski, 34, from Vista, California. Both men had sustained gunshot wounds to the upper body and were pronounced dead at the scene.
