According to the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner’s records, Cebrero was found in an alley with a gunshot wound and was pronounced dead at the scene at 9:25 p.m.
A passerby discovered Cebrero and immediately contacted the police, who arrived shortly after to secure the area and begin their investigation.
