Cedrick Miller II, a 19-year-old resident of Modesto, California, tragically lost his life on November 13, 2020. The incident occurred around 1:40 p.m. near Coleman F. Brown Elementary School and Coleman Brown Park. On that fateful day, police responded to reports of shots fired in the area.
