Adan Mateo Llanos, an 11-year-old boy from Woodbridge, California, tragically died on December 2, 2020, after shooting himself during a Zoom class. Adan was attending his sixth-grade online class at Woodbridge Elementary School with his microphone and camera turned off when the incident occurred. His sister, who was in another room attending her own online class, heard the gunshot and found Adan with a head wound. She immediately alerted her teacher, who then called 911.
