True Cindy Vang, a 41-year-old mother of six from Fresno, California, tragically lost her life on March 23, 2021. Known affectionately as Cindy, she was a beloved member of the Hmong community. Her death was a result of domestic violence, allegedly at the hands of her husband, Ka Lou Yang.
