True Cindy Vang, a 41-year-old mother of six from Fresno, California, tragically lost her life on March 23, 2021. Known affectionately as Cindy, she was a beloved member of the Hmong community. Her death was a result of domestic violence, allegedly at the hands of her husband, Ka Lou Yang. On that fateful morning, authorities reported that Yang shot and killed Vang at their home on Lamona Avenue.
