Irene Salgado-Aceves, a 19-year-old resident of San Diego, tragically lost her life on September 10, 2021, in University City, California. The incident occurred around 5:45 p.m. when police received a report of a shooting inside a vehicle. Upon arrival, officers found Irene in the front passenger seat with a gunshot wound to her upper body.
