Robert Jasper, a 40-year-old resident of Sacramento, California, tragically lost his life on November 29, 2021, as a result of a double shooting incident. The shooting occurred on the 700 block of Lampasas Avenue in North Sacramento. According to reports, the Sacramento Police Department responded to the scene around noon, where they found two individuals with gunshot wounds.
