Junior Enrique Galang, a 26-year-old resident of Ridgecrest, California, tragically lost his life on January 17, 2022. The incident occurred early in the morning on Drummond Avenue near Strecker Street. At approximately 7:30 a.m., Galang was shot and subsequently transported to Ridgecrest Regional Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. The Kern County Coroner's Office later confirmed his identity and the circumstances surrounding his death.
