Kevin Arias, a 20-year-old resident of Atwater, California, tragically lost his life on June 27, 2022. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 1:20 a.m., when officers responded to reports of gunfire in the 1900 block of Mitchell Lane. Upon arrival, authorities found Arias lying in the street near the intersection of Mitchell Avenue and Willow Street, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
