On June 28, 2022, 49-year-old Juan Cristalinas, a pizza delivery driver from Stanton, CA, tragically lost his life while attempting to assist an elderly man who was being assaulted. Cristalinas was driving around Stanton when he came across a group of men attacking a 76-year-old man. Demonstrating his compassionate nature, Cristalinas stopped his vehicle to intervene and help the elderly man. Unfortunately, during his brave attempt to break up the assault, Cristalinas was shot by the attackers.
