Tashman Williams, a 31-year-old resident of Compton, was tragically killed on July 24, 2022, during a mass shooting at Peck Park in San Pedro, California. The incident occurred around 3:50 p.m. during a car show and a weekly softball game, which had drawn a crowd of approximately 500 people. The Los Angeles County Coroner's Office confirmed that Williams died from multiple gunshot wounds.
