Wayne C. Cashman, aged 63, passed away on February 10, 2014, in Plattsburgh, NY. He was born on June 24, 1950, in Plattsburgh and had a long career with the New York State Department of Corrections, retiring from Clinton Correctional Facility after 32 years of service. Wayne was also actively involved in his community, serving as Town Assessor for the Town of Malone and the Town of Ellenburg, and co-founding Windy Acres and Breezy Acres Senior Housing Development in Ellenburg.
