Wayne C. Cashman, aged 63, passed away on February 10, 2014, in Plattsburgh, NY. He was born on June 24, 1950, in Plattsburgh and had a long career with the New York State Department of Corrections, retiring from Clinton Correctional Facility after 32 years of service.
