On Christmas Eve of 2014, in the quiet town of Andover, New York, a dispute over property turned deadly, ending the life of 44-year-old Duane A. Hurlburt. This male victim was fatally shot at the Swain Hill Road residence he shared with Donna Hahn.

Following the incident, State Police arrested 52-year-old Donna Hahn in connection with the shooting. An autopsy for Duane A. Hurlburt was scheduled to be performed by the Monroe County Medical Examiner's Office to officially determine the caus ...
