In the spring of 2016, the life of 24-year-old Brian Miskel was cut short in a burst of violence that also claimed the life of another young man in New Orleans East. On the evening of April 15th, a chaotic scene unfolded, leaving two men dead and a third individual wounded. The New Orleans Police Department responded to reports of a shooting at approximately 9:30 p.m. and discovered the grim aftermath of the attack.
