Loretta Dym, aged 50, tragically died on August 25, 2017, in Pound Ridge, New York. The incident was a shocking case of domestic violence that ended in a double-murder suicide. On that fateful day, her husband, Steven Dym, used a 12-gauge shotgun to kill Loretta and their 18-year-old daughter, Caroline, before turning the gun on himself.
