In the early morning hours of December 5, 2021, a dispute in a Long Island parking lot escalated into fatal violence, claiming the life of 28-year-old Jorge Mauricio Sevilla-Barrara of Farmingville, New York. The altercation occurred around 3 a.m. in the parking lot of the Tiffany Plaza Mall.
