Michael Hartmann, a 49-year-old resident of Bohemia, NY, was tragically shot and killed on November 2, 2022. The incident occurred early in the morning while Hartmann was smoking a cigarette in the backyard of his home on Smithtown Avenue. At approximately 6:35 a.m., two individuals entered his yard and opened fire, striking Hartmann multiple times.
