Double shooting leaves 24 year old dead
On a humid New Orleans evening, 24-year-old Terrance Alford, an African-American male, was fatally shot on July 9, 2017. The night took a tragic turn after Alford had attended a party on Conti Street and was getting a ride home with a friend's cousin.
