Phillip Jared Watson, a 30-year-old resident of Edmonston, Maryland, tragically lost his life on March 4, 2011. Watson was fatally shot outside the Surf Club, a local night club in Edmonston. The incident occurred following an altercation inside the club, which escalated and resulted in the fatal shooting.
