On the morning of May 30, 2011, at approximately 8:35 a.m., 60-year-old Edward Jerome Scott was discovered deceased on the 900 block of Chillum Road in Chillum, Maryland. Mr. Scott, a resident of the 400 block of Quackenbos Street in Washington, D.C., had suffered fatal stab wounds.
