Rupert Everton Samuels, aged 38, was tragically found shot to death inside a crashed car in Glenarden, Maryland, on May 18, 2015. According to reports, Samuels was driving east on Martin Luther King Jr. Highway when an unknown assailant began shooting at his BMW. The vehicle, riddled with bullets, veered across other lanes of traffic before leaving the roadway and crashing.
