Amber Lynne Cox, a 28-year-old mother of three, passed away on April 25, 2018, in Woodstock, Maryland. Born on October 13, 1989, she was a graduate of Old Mill High School and had worked as a social caseworker for the State of Maryland. Friends and family remembered her as a light in the world and a mother who deeply loved her children.
