Amber Lynne Cox, a 28-year-old resident of Woodstock, Maryland, tragically passed away on April 25, 2018. Amber was born on October 13, 1989, and grew up in Anne Arundel County. She was a graduate of Old Mill High School and worked as a social case worker for the State of Maryland.
