He was a sixth-grade student at Northern Middle School in Owings, where he was known for his athletic abilities and his love for running, with plans to join the school's track team.

and caring, Vincent was known for his infectious smile and laughter that could light up a room. He was a funny and charming young man, remembered for his 'raspy voice, his blue eyes and his dimples.' His passion for life was evident to all who knew him, and he was the kind of person who would help someone out simply 'for a hug.'
On that Wednesday in February, deputies from the Calvert County Sheriff's Office were called to a home on Bedford Drive in North Beach for a report of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered Vincent suffering from a gunshot wound. Detectives immediately began an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
The preliminary findings of the investigation indicated that the gunshot wound was self-inflicted.
