Thomas J. Bomba, a 38-year-old Montgomery County police officer, tragically died on October 14, 2019, in Silver Spring, Maryland. Officer Bomba was found with a gunshot wound on the top level of a parking garage located at Ellsworth Drive and Fenton Street. Despite being transported to the Washington Hospital Center, he succumbed to his injuries.
