Marvin Keith Mason II, a 31-year-old father and student, was tragically shot and killed in Baltimore on December 3, 2019. Marvin was found in the driver's seat of his car with a gunshot wound to his chest. Despite being rushed to shock trauma, he was pronounced dead within an hour. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner ruled his death a homicide.
