Tywon Rounds, a 19-year-old resident of Baltimore, Maryland, was tragically shot and killed on September 9, 2020. The incident occurred in the 200 block of South Catherine Street in the Shipley Hill neighborhood of West Baltimore. This area has been known for its high crime rates and frequent gun violence.
