In the evening hours of September 9, 2020, tragedy struck the streets of Baltimore, Maryland, claiming the life of 19-year-old Tywon Rounds. The young Black male was gunned down in a fatal shooting that occurred at approximately 8:47 p.m. in the 200 block of South Catherine Street.
