Florence Filatreau, 64, was one of the victims of a suspicious fire that broke out on July 2, 2015, in Old Louisville, Kentucky. The fire, which occurred in an apartment building on South 2nd Street, claimed the lives of both Filatreau and another resident, Theresa Shultz.
