John Bullock, a 68-year-old resident of Louisville, Kentucky, was one of the victims of a tragic and deliberate fire on July 2, 2015. This fire, set at a home in the Old Louisville neighborhood, led to the deaths of Bullock and two others. Authorities quickly determined that the fire was intentionally started, making it a case of arson and homicide.
