In the summer of 2015, a man named John Allen Bullock, aged 46, had recently moved to Louisville, Kentucky, seeking a new chapter in his life. He found a residence at 1133 South Second Street in the historic Old Louisville neighborhood, a three-story building converted into apartments. Tragically, his time there was cut short in the most horrific way imaginable. Only a few days after moving in, a devastating fire engulfed the building in the early morning hours.
