Malcolm Devon Spates, a 23-year-old resident of Olanta, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on May 5, 2018, following a shooting incident at the Downbeat Club on C.W. Robinson Road near Coward, SC. The incident occurred late Saturday night, and Spates was one of two individuals shot during the altercation. The other victim survived and received medical treatment for their injuries.
