In the late summer of 2018, the small community of Gifford, South Carolina, was shaken by the violent deaths of two of its residents. On Monday, August 27, 2018, 29-year-old Jerrelle Campbell and another man, Cornelius Barnwell, were found dead. Their passing was the result of a brutal act of gun violence that left friends and family searching for answers.
