Sherland Scott Frye, a 44-year-old resident of Campobello, South Carolina, tragically lost his life on May 23, 2019. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning on Patterson Road, a typically quiet country road. Frye was found with a gunshot wound, lying in the road next to a pickup truck. The Spartanburg County Coroner's Office confirmed his identity and pronounced him dead at the scene.
