Essence Stroman, a 15-year-old girl from Saint Matthews, South Carolina, tragically lost her life on May 17, 2020. Essence, along with her mother, Shanta Singleton, 37, and her younger sister, Trevay Stroman, 12, were found deceased at their residence. The Calhoun County Coroner's Office confirmed that all three victims died from gunshot wounds.
