On February 12, 2017, 26-year-old Christopher Ray Woods was found shot to death in a parked vehicle in Long Beach, California. Police responded to reports of gunshots in the 1100 block of 10th Street around 3:30 a.m. Upon arrival, they found Woods unresponsive, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his upper torso. Paramedics from the Long Beach Fire Department pronounced him dead at the scene.
