A young couple is found shot to death in their bed in their Kansas home
On a summer day in Wichita, Kansas, the lives of a young couple were brought to a violent and tragic end. Carolyn Rivers, a 22-year-old Caucasian female, and her husband, 23-year-old Earnest Rivers, were found shot to death in their home at 2002 N Minneapolis. The official date of their deaths is listed as June 7, 1981. Their murders marked the beginning of a case that would remain unsolved for decades.
