In the small community of Garnett, South Carolina, a lively gathering on an autumn night turned into a scene of tragedy and loss. On October 22, 2022, gunshots shattered the peace on Bryant Road, leaving two men dead and two others wounded. One of the men who lost his life was 52-year-old Tyrone Bryant. The other deceased victim was identified as 19-year-old Jashown Figueroa.
The Hampton County Sheriff's Office was called to the scene of the large gathering that had taken a violent turn.
